TERMS, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 


Monthly Subscriptions:
 You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the first original purchase to request a refund for your Heroes’ Club monthly membership. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed, and you will be able to cancel your membership.

Annual Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the first original purchase to request a refund for your Heroes’ Club annual membership. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed, and you will be able to cancel your membership.

Individual Courses: All individual courses purchased through Heroes’ Club have a 30-day refund policy. You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the first original purchase to request a refund for your Heroes’ Club course purchase. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.

 

The Heroes’ Club Cancellation Policy

All members have the right to cancel at any time without limitation. Members simply need to login to the Heroes’ Club website (https://heroes-club.com) and navigate to ‘my account’, then ‘subscriptions’, and there you will see the option to cancel.

Once you have done that your account will be closed immediately, you will no longer be charged, and you will be unable to access any current or future content.
